In order to maintain the power quality, parameters of harmonic and sub-inter-harmonic components in signal must be estimated accurately with less computational complexity. systems, value fundamental frequency changes between 49.5Hz 50.5Hz this situation causes other change. make efficient amplitude phase estimation, initially, frequencies properly. study, Sine Cosine Algorithm is applied for estimation harmonics sub-inter-harmonics systems. Unlike optimization-based methods literature, it assumed that are not known. The proposed algorithm has been tested on synthetic signals at different noisy environment.
